Same Two Housekeeping

  • House cleaning in Denver
  • Every 2 or 4 weeks, or once for a move-out
  • The same 2 people, every visit

After every clean, your 2 leave a card like this on the kitchen counter, with both their names on it.

  • Kitchen
  • Bathrooms 2
  • Bedrooms 3
  • Floors and mats
  • Dust: sills and radiators

Noticed: the back door sticks in the cold

The card on
your counter

After every visit we leave a card on the kitchen counter. It says what we cleaned, room by room, and anything we noticed. The same 2 people sign it every time.

What we clean

Recurring cleans

Every 2 or 4 weeks, on the same weekday, in the same 3-hour window. Kitchen counters, sink, stovetop and the fronts of the appliances. Bathrooms top to bottom. Beds made, dust off every reachable surface, and floors vacuumed and mopped. The first visit is a deep reset, so later visits keep it there.

At 5,280 feet the air is dry, and fine dust settles on sills, baseboards and radiator tops within days. From October to April, snow and road de-icer come in on boots. Every visit includes the entry mats, the floor inside the door and a wipe of every sill.

Snow on a neighbourhood of houses.

Move-out cleans

One visit for an empty home, timed before your landlord's walk-through. Inside the oven, fridge, cabinets and drawers. Baseboards, door frames, switch plates and window sills. Bathrooms scrubbed to the grout. We work from the move-out checklist your lease gives you, so bring it.

The same 2 people

You meet your 2 at the first visit, and they keep your home. They learn which stair creaks, where the dog naps and which cleaner your stone counter takes. If one is out sick, the other comes with a partner you've met, and we tell you the day before.

How a visit goes

  1. First, you ask:

Price your clean below and send the card. We reply within 1 business day with your price and the first open dates.

A brick Denver Square with porch columns and front steps
  2. Then a walk-through:

On the first visit we spend 15 minutes with you. You show us what matters and what to skip.

Sandstone front steps and white porch columns
  3. The first clean:

A deep reset that takes about twice as long as a regular visit. It's priced once, at $95, and shown on your slip.

A Craftsman bungalow with a gabled dormer and an iron fence, Denver
  4. Every visit after:

The same 2 people, the same weekday, the same 3-hour window. You don't have to be home.

A 1950s postcard of Washington Park in Denver
  5. The card on the counter:

What we cleaned, what we noticed, both names. Leave a note on the back if you want something different next time.

  6. When plans change:

Skip or move a visit with 48 hours' notice, by text or email. There's no fee and no form to fill.

Questions

  • We clean in Wash Park, Platt Park, Congress Park, Highland, Park Hill and Berkeley.
  • Monday to Friday, 8 to 5. Saturdays for move-outs only.
  • Call or text 303-555-0142.
Do I need to be home?

No. Most people give us a key, a code or a lockbox. We lock up and text you when we leave.

What if one of my 2 is out sick?

The other still comes, with a partner you've met, and we tell you the day before. If both are out, we offer you the next open day instead of sending strangers.

Do you bring supplies?

Yes, everything, including the vacuum. If you want us to use your own products, leave them on the counter and we will.

What about pets?

Tell us on the card. Dogs can stay out or stay in, and we close the doors you want closed. Pet hair is part of every visit.

Will a move-out clean get my deposit back?

We can't promise what a landlord decides. We clean to the checklist in your lease, and send you photos of each room before we leave.

How do I pay?

By card after each visit. Your receipt matches the slip you saw here, plus any extras you added.
